The management of EIB Network, owners of GHOne Television, has cleared presenter Serwaa Amihere of any wrongdoing in relation to a recently circulated video featuring her and a man identified as Henry Fitz.
The video, which went viral on social media, generated significant controversy, with some individuals calling for her dismissal.
EIB Network initially committed to conducting a private investigation into the video’s release, which it announced in a press release.
“At the end of a thorough and impartial investigation, the committee found no form of misconduct or breaches on the part of Serwaa Amihere in the circulation of the said video.”
Serwaa Amihere issued a public apology via her X account, acknowledging the embarrassment caused to her family, employers, loved ones, and the businesses she represents.
She confirmed that the video was taken five years ago and expressed regret for underestimating her influence and potential at the time.
