The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has questioned former Deputy Attorney-General Joseph Dindiok Kpemka over dealings at the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST).
Mr Kpemka, who previously served as Deputy Managing Director of BOST, was invited by EOCO on Thursday, September 10, 2026, and was subsequently granted bail after questioning.
His invitation to the anti-corruption agency emerged on Thursday evening, amid ongoing investigations into the conduct of some former government officials over suspected financial and other infractions.

Although EOCO has not officially commented, Myjoyonline reports confirm that Joseph Kpemka was invited and questioned before being granted bail.
He was therefore not in EOCO custody as of the time of reporting.
The specific issues that prompted the invitation have not yet been made public.
However, a source familiar with the matter said Mr Kpemka had not committed any wrongdoing related to the issues being investigated.
Mr Kpemka was appointed Deputy Managing Director of BOST by then-President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in May 2024.
Mr Joseph Kpemka previously served as the Member of Parliament for Tempane in the Upper East Region after winning the constituency in the 2016 parliamentary election.
He lost the Tempane parliamentary seat in the 2020 general election.
He later served as Deputy Attorney-General under the Akufo-Addo administration before his appointment to BOST.
The former MP’s latest engagement with EOCO is linked to the ongoing BOST-related investigations, although the precise nature of the matters under scrutiny has not been officially disclosed.
Investigations into the matter are continuing, and no official finding of wrongdoing has been announced against Mr Kpemka.
