As the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC) prepares to host its 2025 National Delegates Conference on Wednesday, June 25, Member of Parliament for Okaikwei Central, Hon. Patrick Yaw Boamah, has extended his support with a donation of 250 packs of bottled water and an undisclosed amount of cash.
The donation, presented ahead of the highly anticipated national gathering, was received with appreciation by the Council’s leadership on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
The Honorable Boamah explained that the gesture was part of his ongoing commitment to fostering unity and supporting the spiritual well-being of Ghanaians, regardless of their religious background.

He said, “This is simply an extension of the goodwill I show to the Christian community, just as I do during Ramadan for our Muslim brothers and sisters.”
“Not long ago, I made a similar donation to the Christian Council of Ghana during their Annual General Meeting. I’ve decided to institutionalize these gestures annually as part of my contribution to national unity and faith-based development.”
Receiving the items on behalf of the Council, Chairman Rev. Eric Nyamekye expressed profound gratitude to the Member of Parliament.
“We deeply appreciate Hon. Boamah’s consistent support. His kindness reflects a spirit of inclusivity and respect for the role of faith in national development,” Rev. Nyamekye remarked.
The 2025 GPCC National Delegates Conference is expected to bring together key leaders from across the country’s Pentecostal and Charismatic churches to deliberate on national and church matters, with a focus on unity, evangelism, and good governance.
