Okaikwei Central MP Patrick Yaw Boamah has received praise from students after sponsoring free vacation classes that drew over 300 participants.
The program, aimed at BECE graduates and Form Two students, was introduced to assist those without access to paid holiday lessons. Students expressed gratitude during the MP’s visit to assess the classes.

Speaking during a visit by the MP to monitor the ongoing classes, some of the students praised Mr. Boamah for his commitment to their education.
“This program has really helped us to stay focused and improve our studies. We thank our MP for believing in us and giving us this opportunity to learn and grow,” one of the students said.
The vacation classes, according to the organisers, offer a safe and conducive environment that enables students to engage in their studies without distractions.
Mr. Boamah, reaffirming his commitment to human capital development, stressed the importance of education in shaping the future of the constituency.
“I believe strongly in youth empowerment, and education is the foundation. That is why I will continue to invest in programs like this to ensure our students are well prepared for the future,” the MP said.
The initiative, which has been widely described as a success, is expected to continue in subsequent academic breaks to benefit even more students across Okaikwei Central.
