Antoine Semenyo has surpassed Tony Yeboah to become Ghana’s second-highest scorer in Premier League history after his sensational brace for Bournemouth in their 3-1 comeback win over Fulham on Friday night.
Only Erling Haaland (8) has scored more league goals than Semenyo this season. With his assist on the night, he now ranks just behind Jack Grealish in assists, having registered three so far.

Semenyo has featured in 88 Premier League matches — 41 more than Yeboah, who played 47 times across three seasons for Leeds United.
Meanwhile, the Bournemouth forward’s 26 goals leave him 16 behind Ghana’s all-time top Premier League scorer, Jordan Ayew, who has netted 42 goals in 305 appearances over 11 seasons.
In fourth place is Jeffrey Schlupp, the only Ghanaian in the top five to have won the Premier League title.
The 2016 champion with Leicester City has scored 22 goals in 280 appearances — just one more than Ghana’s Black Stars’ most capped player, André Ayew.
