Madam Owusu-Ekuful invoked the enduring spirit of the NPP’s founding members in Saltpond, expressing confidence that the party’s resilience would lead to its resurgence, pledging to help restore unity and strength within the party ahead of the 2028 elections..

“It is time to rebuild our confidence from the grassroots up and boot out this accident-of-a-government,” she declared.
Madam Owusu-Ekuful called on NPP members both at home and abroad to rally behind her candidacy, promising leadership focused on renewal, reorganisation, and collective purpose.
“On this day of my birth, Patriots, I come before you — the fighter you have always known. Nurtured, proven, and prepared to join you on this collective journey to rescue our beloved country,” she said.
She appealed for unity and faith in the NPP’s mission, stating, “Patriots, join me. Let us commit to the struggle, for I know with unity, God on our side, and the collective will of the Ghanaian people, we shall overcome.”
