The Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC) has expressed profound appreciation to the Member of Parliament for Okaikwei Central, Patrick Yaw Boamah, for donating packs of Bel Aqua bottled water to the council ahead of its upcoming delegates conference.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the council on Thursday at its office, the General Secretary of the GPCC, Apostle Emmanuel Tettey, described the gesture as a remarkable demonstration of love, benevolence, and commitment to the Christian community in Ghana.

“The Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council is very grateful to Honorable Patrick Yaw Boamah for this show of love and benevolence,” Apostle Tettey said.

According to him, the donation comes at an opportune time as the council prepares to host its delegates conference next week, which will bring together pastors, circuit leaders, and administrators from across the country.

He noted that the bottled water would serve participants during the conference and expressed confidence that beneficiaries would remember the MP’s generosity.

Apostle Tettey revealed that Patrick Yaw Boamah has extended similar support not only to the GPCC but also to the Christian Council of Ghana and other ecumenical bodies over the years.

“I want to acknowledge that it is only he who does this every year. This is not the first time. He has done it previously and is doing it again this year. We are most grateful as a council to him and his team for this great gesture,” he added.

Also speaking at the presentation, Eric Kotei Ashie Nii Quaye, Constituency Chairman for MP Patrick Yaw Boamah, said the donation forms part of the MP’s annual support initiatives for religious bodies.

He disclosed that similar donations had already been made to the Muslim community this year, with the GPCC being the latest beneficiary.

The donation underscores Patrick Yaw Boamah’s longstanding commitment to supporting faith-based organisations and promoting community welfare through acts of generosity and service.
