The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has expressed gratitude to voters in the Greater Accra Region for their enthusiastic reception of the party’s Flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, and the campaign team during its recent tour of several constituencies.
In a statement released on Thursday, August 29, 2024, the NDC praised the overwhelming support, kindness, and hospitality extended by the people of the region.
The visit allowed the party to engage with voters, hear their concerns, and present its vision for ‘Building the Ghana We Want.’
“We are thrilled by the massive turnout and the excitement that greeted our team in every constituency we visited. This is a clear indication that the people of Greater Accra Region are ready for change and are embracing our message of hope and transformation,” Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the NDC, Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore stated.
The NDC acknowledged the contributions of voters in shaping the campaign through their insightful questions, feedback, and unwavering support.
“Your warm smiles, open arms, thought-provoking questions, and trust in our party’s leadership and vision have inspired us to continue working tirelessly to deliver on our promises,” the statement read.
As part of the ongoing campaign, the NDC pledged to remain committed to addressing the concerns of the electorate and encouraged voters to join them on their journey to transform Ghana.
“Thank you again, dear voters of Greater Accra Region, let’s win together!” the statement concluded.
