As the 2025/26 Premier League season gathers pace, Arsenal fans are starting to believe they can finally end their long title drought.

Beyond the massive pride that comes with lifting the trophy, winning the league would hand the Gunners a huge financial boost, potentially between £175 million and £182 million in Premier League payouts alone.

According to last season’s figures, champions Liverpool took home £174.9 million, while Arsenal, who finished second, received £171.5 million.

This season’s winners are expected to earn a bit more due to rising TV revenues and the new broadcast cycle.

NBC Sports reports that every Premier League side receives a solid, equal share of domestic and international broadcasting rights, roughly £89 million to £97 million each. That’s the base payment.

The real money, however, comes from bonuses which depend on final league position.

The champions usually collect around £53 million to £55 million, with each next team getting about £2.7 million. Arsenal left roughly that amount on the table last season by finishing as runners-up.

Facility fees, paid according to how many times a team’s games are shown live on TV, add several more millions for popular clubs like Arsenal, whose matches attract huge audiences across the globe.

How will Premier League earnings transform Arsenal?

Winning the title would not only bring this immediate cash but would also significantly increase the club’s commercial revenue. Also, league winners enjoy big jumps in sponsorship deals, jersey sales, and overall brand value in the years that follow.

Sports analyst David Mutai explained the bigger picture: “Mikel Arteta’s team would have much more power in the transfer market and challenge high-spending opponents like Manchester City and Chelsea for the top players.

The money would help strengthen the squad, support the academy, and possibly fund upgrades at the Emirates. This is transformative cash. For Arsenal, finally winning the league could mark the start of a completely new era both on and off the pitch.”

With the 2025/26 title race still wide open, every single point could be worth tens of millions of shillings to the Gunners.
