The Court of Appeal has overturned the earlier judgement against former MASLOC CEO Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu, acquitting and discharging her and setting aside her previous 10-year prison sentence.
In a landmark judgment delivered on Thursday, the appellate court ruled that the prosecution failed to prove its case against Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu beyond a reasonable doubt.

The decision effectively sets aside the convictions previously entered against the former Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC) boss by the High Court.
